I've never seen that meme before, but mine would look somewhat like this:
1. The TARDIS

Heehee! Alas, no. But every time I try to list 'em in order of preference, I generally get through my (current) top five all right (9, 8, 3, early 4, 10), and then start wibbling and can't decide on all the rest and I just can't bring myself to put any of them in last. *whimpers* Well, I also haven't seen nearly enough of 1, 2, or 6 to form much of an opinion (beyond the awesome that is 6 in the BFAs).

I get that way too, especially when I haven't had a proper sample of most of his incarnations (I've watched An Unearthly Child, The Five Doctors, and The Curse of Fenric, in addition to series one (several times) and two of the new series so far.)

One is next on my to-watch list, and has been for some time, but YouTube's been uncooperative lately and I'm not having any luck with Stage6. He seems to be totally made of awesome, though.
