“Well? What do you think?”

Charley leaned against the TARDIS doorframe and squinted into the distance. “Doctor?”

He finished fiddling with the controls and came to stand beside her. “Hm?”

“Are the 1950s supposed to be fluorescent purple with orange spots?”

“Of course!” The Doctor followed her gaze and paused. “Though I’m beginning to think it’s remotely possible that-“

“We’re in the 1950th century?”

“On the planet Globulous III,” the Doctor confirmed.

Charley laughed in spite of herself. “And what’s on Globulous III?”

“Haven’t a clue.” He grinned. “Shall we find out?”

She took his proferred hand – and they did.
