LJ... whut?
Jan. 28th, 2008 10:30 pmFor some reason, I can't seem to access my own LJ - anything beginning with "http://eponymous_rose.livejournal.com" is being very cheerfully nonfunctional, while everything else seems to be working fine.
If you see this pop up on your f-list, can you let me know if can access my actual LJ? This is very confusing.

Date: 2008-01-31 06:16 am (UTC)I've always found the hyphen and underscore to be interchangeable in LJ URLs - wonder why that is? *ponders*

Date: 2008-01-29 01:25 pm (UTC)LJ has been extremely wonky the last few weeks, though. At one time, it first told me 'no such entry' as I tried to access one of my older posts, and wouldn't give it to me before I reloaded a couple of times, then, as I tried to post, it told me my journal is in read-only mode and I should try later, and after that, it refused me access to my LJ alltogether. I was seething by then end of all that.
Anyway, long story short, the problem will probably fix itself, if it hasn't already. However, backing up your journal is probably not a bad idea. I for my part don't really trust LJ anymore in that respect.
