Okay! From Inferno, this is "How to Make People Think You're Crazy 101" with the Third Doctor.
*Sir Keith has just wandered in with his arm in a cast*
Doctor: *excitedly* So you're not dead?!
Sir Keith: *freaked out* Well, no. I came very close to it, though.
Brigadier: Why, what happened?
Sir Keith: Car crash.
Doctor: *insistently* But you're not dead?
Brigadier: *awkwardly* You can see he's not dead. *mutters to Sir Keith* The Doctor's been ill, sir.
Doctor: *thrilled to bits* That's excellent! Excellent!
Sir Keith: *backing slowly towards the door* Well, yes. Yes, I think so too!
Oh, Doctor. You never fail to bring the crazy.
That said, how fun would it be to go around all day pretending to have just arrived from an alternate universe? Freak out around your friends, expecting them to be evil! Wonder when they acquired their moustaches! Demand to know what's happened to their eyepatches! Burst into tears at the sight of your loved ones!
Of course, the kicker would be to run around in a panic, occasionally glancing down at a watch to exclaim: "There's still time!"
