Orthopedics appointment was awesome--no casts, and even my slings are optional since the bones are actually lined up well and healing is on the right track. Six weeks for a full recovery, but I'm supposed to work on range-of-motion to prevent permanent damage, so I'll be pretty much back to normal pretty quickly. Whew!
