Me? An audio geek? Nooo...

So my 80-Gig hard drive is, by this evening, gonna be completely full of audios (mostly Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Who, of course!). On the plus (/less embarrassing) side, I've finally worked on organizing those Sherlock Holmes OTRs and shall be uploading them when I get back from my parents' place (to Internet that doesn't crawl) on Sunday or Monday. :D
I don't know what I love so much about audio dramas! It seems like a sort of odd obsession to discover, but I guess it makes sense, considering all the long car rides with my parents and Fibber McGee and Molly or The Goon Show or something equally amusing. Actually, scrap that. I blame Bert Coules. *shakes fist* Curse you for your brilliant Holmes audios!
(Seriously, even if you're not a Holmes!fan, you're gonna want to listen to the Merrison/Williams recordings. Sheer awesomesauce! :D)
And the Big Finish Doctor Who audios are excellent as well - I just can't get over the fact that Big Finish uses all the original actors. So cool to see 20+ year reunions! (Though I suppose that if you play a Doctor once, you're a Doctor for life! How long has Peter Davison been in the role, now? 25 years?) And everything's awesome, really. :D
Anyway, now that I've filled my hard drive, does anyone have any recommendations?
...um. I just looked out the window and saw a weird little dark blue hyper-aerodynamic jet zipping past way too quickly. Eenteresting!
Ooh, also! One of the libraries in the province has the 2005 DW shooting scripts! So I've placed a request for an interlibrary loan. Heehee!
EDIT: AND A HAPPY BIRFDAY TO
inlaterdays!!!
(also to Martin Sheen, but I haven't capslocked with him lately so I don't think he'll notice)

*and here I am thinking the library has failed me because it's taking so inordinately long to find anything*
Murphy hates me, I'm sure.
