Super-quick rec!

Because the rest of my family is actually standing outside my door, complete with foot-tapping, I'll make this quick: rosa_acicularis has written four awesome little ficlets, and I really, really have to recommend the Doctor Who/West Wing one at the end most especially, because it is spectacular.

I'd also like to note that I have been in something of a writerly slump lately, and with fandom_stocking in the works, I'd really appreciate a bit of a boost. Thus, a meme.

Describe a fic you never would've thought I'd write, and I'll write a scene from it. Fandoms are SG-1, SGA, TOS, Star Trek Reboot, Doctor Who (any era), Corner Gas, Jeeves and Wooster, M*A*S*H, Man from UNCLE, Middleman, Sapphire and Steel, Sherlock Holmes, X-Files (maybe?), The West Wing, crazy random stuff like Macgyver or Legend that I've babbled about but haven't written, any combination of any of the above, and, um, pretty much anything you can think of.

Ten and Martha meet Bartok and Legend: Ten and Bartok go into a totally geeky huddle, discussing/making gadgets, so it's left to Legend to keep Martha company - and they spend the entire time lamenting the obsessions of the other two! :D

Um... How about Sapphire and Steel meet Napoleon and Illya? Just because, if I did it, it'd probably wind up as total crack, and your stuff seems to tend more toward the sombre atmospheric. (Also because I'd love to read it, whatever you'd do with it!)

Oh, man, I love this one! But I think I'm going to have to beg off on writing it until I've heard Storm Warning again - it's been ages, and even longer since I saw J&W. I will get to it eventually, though!
