who_remix close to the last minute, and I managed to totally forget that this meant I would still be getting a fic of my own remixed! Of course, my guilt over this is totally assuaged by the awesome.
Dispatches From Abroad (The Past is Another Country Mix) is a fantastic remix of Foreign Correspondence (though it stands alone really well), which was one of my favourite things to come out of those months of posting fics every day. I'm so happy with the way my remixer has played with the premise - the Doctor leaving messages throughout time and space for Susan - and changed it up so that it lends a nice little glimpse into the Doctor (all of him). There are so many references to obscure bits of novel/comic/audio canon that I really, really hope said remixer is on my flist already, because lo, there was much happy flailing. ♥ Do check it out!
