It's kind of weird to have McCoy's inner point of view and still have him call himself "McCoy", though.
That's a convention I decided on a while back, just because there's not a lot of other options - Kirk's the only one to call him "Bones", and I get the impression he gets called "McCoy" more often than he gets called "Leonard". Dunno!
Awww, I wish you could've seen it in English! But I bet the dub was pretty entertaining as well. ;)
