Man, breast cancer scares are NOT fun, I'm so sorry you and your mom had to go through all that. :(

Almost all the women in my family have fibrous breast tissue which makes cancer detection extremely tricky. I wish I could find more resources about how to handle self exams when we don't 'feel' normal in the first place. Grr.

I'm so glad to see Becca's post making the rounds on LiveJournal. At least something good might come out of her diagnosis this way. :-(
