Remixing like a crazy remixing thing

Hey! remixredux08 is up, and there are some incredible entries out there. If you want a massive pile o' quality reading, that's a good place to start.

I am thrilled to bits with the remix of my drabble Paradigm Shift, which has been transformed into a lovely retrospective of the whole regeneration thingie by my mystery author, in Shifting Paradigms (The Crack Everything Open Remix).

(And you get a giant gold star/fic if you somehow manage to guess which is mine. Obviously, those who know already (for whatever reason) don't get a giant gold star/fic. Er. Sorry.)

That was a fun experience, all in all, and while doing a remix for Doctor Who is unquestionably a challenge (given that there are so, so many possible pairings and such you could wind up matched with), it was much fun. Will remix again, etc.

Fic Request Post (Hurrah, new personal challenge!)

Because I haven't done one of these in a while, and I don't think it can possibly hurt, right? Can it?

Now that summer's on the horizon, and with it a teensy bit more flexibility in terms of timing and such, I'd love to start filling requests for various fics and such. I know several people have posted lately about the sort of fic they'd like to see in their favourite fandoms - now's your chance to get me to write 'em! I would be extremely happy to write in Doctor Who (any era), Man from U.N.C.L.E. (please?), Sapphire and Steel, and Sherlock Holmes fandoms, though you can push your luck and try something else to see if I'll go for it.

You know my style - I write gen, mostly, but am more than willing to dabble elsewhere if need be. Anything above PG-13 tends to come out a bit silly, though. Apart from that, anything goes!

(I also have a bad habit of twisting prompts to suit my own nefarious ends. Be forewarned.)

So here's my offer - give me a list of the sorts of fics you'd like to see, in whatever fandoms (as detailed as you like), and I shall do my utmost to work through the list in the coming months. I've still got a ton of fics left to write for 2008, so don't worry about loading me down with prompts!
