Characters: Two, Jamie, Zoe
"Well, Doctor, they did say-"
The Doctor sighed as eloquently as he could, rubbing his chin. "Yes, Zoe, I heard them. I just hadn't thought-"
Jamie made a noise that sounded rather suspiciously like a guffaw.
"They were perfectly frank and honest with you," Zoe said. "What did you expect?"
The Doctor nudged the TARDIS door open, still massaging his jaw. "I pull faces all the time, Zoe. I'm rather good at it."
And then, turning, he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror.
"Well, yes," said Jamie. "But they were saying your face would stick like that, weren't they?"
