Despite never having seen any canon DW dealing with the Valeyard and only very limited fic exposure, I enjoyed this a lot. The different storytelling styles for the different sections were especially interesting and well done. I like the way this leaves many questions unanswered (and the Valeyard's response when Holmes tries to address that issue). The banter between Holmes and Watson is great fun.
