On a lighter note...
Feb. 15th, 2011 09:09 pmEvery now and then, I like to wander around ebay and see what awesomeness is to be found, even though I pretty much never buy anything. It's the weirdest window-shopping to be had. Today, I searched for DS9 stuff! I couldn't resist sharing a couple finds:
A bar of, uh, generic-gold-like-metal-pressed latinum. (Quark would be crushed to see it going for only $24.99).
Get this - a collectable card entitled "Garak Has Some Issues". Talk about your understatements. Two comments: 1) said card is spoilery for the episode "Empok Nor", and 2) whatever is happening in this card game, I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IT.
Yeah, that's it. Oh, wait! You can also buy yourself a Bajoran rank insignia pin, and this snazzy Cardassian pin. And, I don't know, pin them on things. Possibly yourself. Whatever you pin them on will become six kazillion times more awesome, regardless.
Edit: Also, via tumblr, a DS9 finale-spoiling picture (in more ways than one). Gotta love greenscreen. ♥
