Hello! I hope you don't mind, I friended you after spending the last few hours devouring your Third Doctor fics. It just seems impolite to enjoy them so much and not say anything! :D

And you're interested in weather! Fascinating! The kinds of systems I'm studying fit into boxes, but I think the same principles apply... one small thing happening can cause a lot of other really big things to go wrong in very, very interesting ways. ;) In my case that's the point when people start calling and asking why all their Excel spreadsheets have been corrupted and how they can stop the computer from making that horrible grinding noise.
